Elderberry syrup

These tiny little berries don't look very exciting, but they are packed full of amazing stuff!  Nutritional benefits include a high content of Vitamin C, B and A, dietary fibre and antioxidants.

Traditionally elderberry syrup has been taken over the winter months for a seasonal boost.

Suggested dosage: Adults - one desert spoon, Children over 1 year 2.5-5ml five days per week, or can be increased if a boost is needed.

Many commercial syrups contain up to 70% sugar, ours is all natural and sweetened with a little organic honey.

Ingredients: Organic elderberries, filtered water, organic honey, organic turmeric, organic ginger, organic cinnamon and organic clove (vegan version contains agave syrup instead of honey).
